Hand-finished live edges balance the broad proportions of the solid oak slabs, creating a nuanced dining room centrepiece that celebrates natural form.

The timber used for this project is hand-chosen for its distinctive tonal shifts that defy expectations of oak’s uniform colour palette. The intricate grain is subtly accentuated by a durable oil finish, bringing the weaving patterns into sharper focus while enhancing the contrast between the golden and deep brown tones.

The solid oak is stabilised through vacuum kiln drying, achieving exceptional resistance to cracking, splitting and warping for generations to come.
